Description

Step into the Cathedral of the Eight. Perhaps your party has arrived for a solemn coronation, or a wedding that's about to go very wrong. Or maybe the cathedral stands empty now, its silence hiding something the clergy would rather stay buried. Long sightlines make for dramatic standoffs, the pews offer cover for skirmishes and ambushes, and a glowing apse is the perfect stage for grand ceremonies or divine reckonings.

A range of variants reshape the sanctuary entirely. Church of Shadows drowns the hall in blackness for something more sinister, Water floods the windows for an eerie underwater encounter, and Wedding fills the space with flower petals and finery, ready for the happiest day—or the most memorable disaster.
